I am writing to inform you that we will be using a new state-directed platform, Docket for Schools, to submit student immunization information for compliance with Maine State law.
The State of Maine has partnered with Docket, a secure, web-based immunization reporting system, to assist schools in managing and submitting required immunization data. Schools across the state have been directed to use this platform beginning this year, replacing previous reporting methods.
