It’s time for the second shot!!!
In partnership with Lincoln Health, Boothbay Region Schools will be holding a school based COVID-19 vaccination clinic on June 7th and 8th in the BRES gym, 8am-12pm.
Please complete and return the Registration & Consent paperwork, no later than Monday morning June 7th, for your child to receive the second Pfizer Covid-19 vaccination at school. This is the same paperwork you filled out for the first vaccination, Lincoln Health requires it for the second shot too.
**Your student will receive the completed vaccination card to bring home at the time of the second shot.
Any student who did not attend the first clinic can get their first shot at school on the 7th and 8th and arrange to get the second shot at the Watson Health Center in Damariscotta on June 30th, 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
