Dear Boothbay Region School Parent/Guardian,
We will be hosting virtual Parent Teacher Conferences on November 18, 2021 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm. Using our online SignUp Genius platform, you'll be able to register for a 15min time slot with your student's teachers on Zoom. That link will go live on Wednesday November 10, 2021. All the information you'll need to join your conferences will be included in the confirmation of your sign up, including your time slot and the link to the teacher's Zoom meeting. To prepare for our virtual conferences please ensure you have Zoom downloaded onto your preferred device.
In advance of your Parent-Teacher Conferences, please note your student's progress in Powerschool and attend with any questions or concerns you have. Use our Open House website for an overview of your student's classes and use your conference time to talk specifically about your child's progress.
Note that if you are unable to attend the virtual conferences, but would still like to meet with your child’s teacher, you will need to contact the individual teacher directly. All staff contact email addresses can be found at: https://brhs.aos98.net/staff. The teacher will then schedule another time to meet with you on Zoom or via telephone.
