BRHS is happy to return to in-person learning as we start the New Year.

These continue to be challenging times. Omicron variant of COVID-19 is spreading rapidly across the country. Our leadership team has been paying close attention to this development, and will continue to update you on any changes to intervention and support plans.

It is important that we continue to work together to do all we can to help ensure the success and safety of our students and staff. Because Omicron is so easily spread, it's more important than ever that a mask fit well. We have masks available for all students and staff if needed. The layered interventions help reduce exposure and risk. Mask wearing, hand washing, and social distancing are preventative measures. We have managed to maintain low COVID infection rates because of these measures and everyone doing their part to support good health and the health of others.

Getting boosted increases your immunity from the Omicron variant. Visit this link from Maine Health for places to get vaccinated and boosted: https://vaccine.mainehealth.org/.

If a student or staff member is sick, please stay home. Working together, helping one another - we will continue to persevere.

Thank you for supporting our students, staff and schools!
