- The LincolnHealth School Health Center at Boothbay High School will have booster shots available at schools next week for staff and students – Tuesday January 11th at the high school and Friday January 14th at the Elementary school.
- Anyone 12 and older who is five months beyond both doses of Pfizer can receive a booster shot. (18 + can also get 6 months after both doses of Moderna or 2 months after J and J)
- Call the health center at 633-1934 to make an appointment or stop by the health center to pick up a consent form.
- Also see attached consent/registration form here – anyone under 18 parent permission is required.
- Vaccine is free to all and is an important tool for keeping our schools safe and in-person.
We are happy to do 1st and 2nd doses as well if needed and eligible.
