BRHS Breakfast with the Principal

Greetings BRHS Parents, Families and Community,

It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Fall Open House. I will be hosting a Principal's Breakfast on November 1st and invite you to stop in to say hello and enjoy a bite to eat and a warm cup of coffee.  Our Parent/Teacher Conferences will be scheduled on November 16, 2021. My goal as school leader is to continue to work to promote a strong sense of community at Boothbay Region High School. I would like to work to establish a BRHS Community Committee whose mission it is to strengthen the BRHS community by fostering an environment where parents, staff, students and community involvement is encouraged and respected. I would love to have parents, staff, students, business and community members participate on the committee to ensure we have different perspectives and voices represented and shared. BRHS is all about celebrating community!

We are stronger together and I want to hear from you as we move our school forward. I ask that you assist in the envisioning process and moving the school forward - identifying businesses or community members that could help with work study programs, field trips, or guest speakers, assist in planning activities/events in/out of school, study particular problems/issues and make recommendations, help with identifying ways to continue to communicate and share all of the amazing things happening in our school with the community and larger public and more. This committee would meet regularly and hopefully evolve and strengthen as it grows - serving to be an important link between school administration, staff, families and the Boothbay community. I want to showcase our amazingly talented school staff, students and the diverse dynamic offerings and activities at BRHS. We may be small, but we are mighty! We have a lot to share with each other and the larger community. I need and want to hear your voices. I hope to see you at the Principal’s Breakfast, the Parent/Teacher Conferences, School Board Meetings and/or BRHS Community Committee meetings (more information to come).

Thank you for your continued support,

Principal Campbell
